Susanna is a delight to work with, always punctual, positive & gently encouraging. Having had a shoulder operation with the consequent lack of mobility in the months that followed, my general fitness level suffered accordingly.  I approached Susanna for some one-on-one training to remedy that. The charming Kensington Oval is only a few minutes away where we use the park benches, trees and the grandstand steps to maximum effect. I do two outdoor sessions per week which I love and are worth every penny.

I have attended  Susanna’s Outdoor Fitness Classes whilst pregnant and she was so accommodating and personalised – I got a great workout –  safe, fun and it was awesome to be around other mums who are strong and healthy.  Now, post-pregnancy, I have had the pleasure of joining Susanna’s online classes and they are brilliant – she does a great job of explaining the theme of the session, a good mixture of motivation and then pushing us all harder when the time is right. The sessions combine cardio, strength and much-needed stretching. What I love most? Her attitude towards fitness and absolute joy for living life to its fullest.
