OUR SPRING TIMETABLE!

OSX FITT A challenging & varied session for men & women, varying the Frequency, Intensity, Time & Type. We use equipment including ladders, kettlebells, slam balls, skipping ropes, battle ropes, mini hurdles and more. This will keep everyone on their toes!
OSX LADIES An early morning, ladies only session incorporating strength, speed, agility, cardio and flexibility. A great session to work on getting stronger, fitter and achieving your personal goals.
OSX LADIES BYO babies/kids A one hour ladies only session incorporating strength, agility, cardio and flexibility. Mums are encouraged to bring their babies/kids who, although on the sidelines, have as much fun as the adults!
OSX MEN Men only in this group. A great opportunity for the guys to get together to increase strength, fitness, agility and flexibility.
OSX METAFIT A 30 min, bodyweight-only, high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout. Get your metabolism firing!
OSX PILATES A mat-based Pilates classes founded on Joseph Pilates teachings encompassing a full low body impact workout with a specific focus on strength, muscular endurance and body alignment.
OSX BOXING A high intensity, super fun and challenging class. Punch and kick those frustrations out of the park and experience the rush of endorphins. This session will help improve your coordination, cardio fitness and overall strength and agility.
OSX STRONG A low impact functional exercise session for everyone with an emphasis on mobility, agility, strength and fitness. These sessions are especially suited to those after a low impact strength session. Returning in fourth term!
OUTDOOR TRAINING SESSION COSTS
$25 for 1 session per week
$38 for 2 sessions per week
$48 for unlimited sessions per week *Payments made upfront, weekly or fortnightly.
*Minimum 12 weeks initial commitment, with no lock-in contract thereafter
