OSX PT AND OUTDOOR GROUP TRAINING

OSX PERSONAL TRAINING is a high energy, social, fun-fueled fitness community. With 4 locations and over 100 members, we bring energy and excitement to outdoor training across Adelaide. We offer over 20 classes every week, our training sessions incorporate strength, agility, flexibility, cardio fitness and the general promotion of healthy lifestyles, which is why we are go-to outdoor fitness provider for everyone! We cater for adults, kids and corporate groups, as well as working with clients through the NDIS. We proudly run ladies only classes, men only classes, as well as mixed classes. There are huge benefits to training in the outdoors, including fresh air, the earth beneath our feet, beautiful sunrises and sunsets and endless room to move. We have access to undercover and indoor spaces too, so there are no excuses, ever!

OSX has a wonderful team of five highly experienced trainers, all of whom are passionate about their pursuits to help our members achieve happier, healthier lives. Our trainers are Susanna Parkinson, Georgie Mollison, Christie-Lee Fletcher, Rachel Soderstrom and Emily Keenan. We also have other talented trainers who rendezvous with us when needed!

Classes are based on the spectacular Kensington Oval, historical Walkerville Oval, Daly Oval in Magill as well as the well known Unley Oval. Sessions are fun, diverse and designed to cater for everyone, taking into consideration all types of body shapes, conditions and fitness levels. Come and join the fun!
